This Wrona (Crow) glider was photographed somewhere near Przemyśl in 1938. As mentioned in other galleries, the most probable places are Drozdowice, Stanisławczyk, Łuczyce or Kruhel Wielki.
The document informs about a gliding course beginning 1 June; however, the year has not been provided. The course was conducted in Drozdowice, in the mornings on Sundays and other holidays. There was a possibility of transporting of the participants from the Post Office in Drozdowice to the gliding ground in the same village. The fee was 18 Polish Zlotys. Gen. Mieczysław Boruta-Spiechowicz encouraged his 5 Highland Rifles subordinates as well as other persons to take part in this form of paramilitary training.
